Why Join Our air quality Consulting Firm?

Working at DSG Solutions in Gardner, MA and Shoreline, WA is challenging, yet rewarding as we work daily to support each of our clients that depend upon our specialized CEMS/DAHS/air management expertise. Other than providing excellent air quality consulting services to each of our clients, our top priority is to support the continued growth and success of each of our company’s engineer, consultant, and support staff. We strive to provide a positive and supportive work environment, and we pride ourselves on our ability to work closely together as a team.

In efforts to support the continued growth of each team member, we conduct bimonthly company meetings in which one member presents a related work topic of interest to help continually develop leadership, communication, and public speaking skills that are all essential traits necessary to be a successful environmental consultant. Each team member also contributes to at least one of our three company committees, which are the Team Building and Social (TBSC) Committee, the Project Management (PM) Committee, and the Business Development (BD) Committee. We also conduct semiannual reviews to enhance internal communication instead of annual reviews that are typical at larger consulting firms. We compensate our employees with competitive salaries and benefits, including semiannual bonuses for exceptional work efforts, and we try and keep travel to a minimum.

Since DSG Solutions is a small organization, we offer greater project work exposure in shorter time frames compared to larger companies because we have a small number of people to distribute work tasks. For this reason, working with us is a fast-paced, challenging, yet supportive work environment. We emphasize frequent, direct, and efficient communication pathways between employees and supervisors. We strive to be a flexible organization that works with each team member on an individual basis with the goal of retaining everyone’s services for years to come. Our main goal is to offer a professional work environment that each team member enjoys contributing to on a daily basis.
