Each team member also contributes to at least one of our three company committees, which are the Team Building and Social (TBSC) Committee, the Project Management (PM) Committee, and the Business Development (BD) Committee. We also conduct semiannual reviews to enhance internal communication instead of annual reviews that are typical at larger consulting firms. We compensate our employees with competitive salaries and benefits, including semiannual bonuses for exceptional work efforts, and we try and keep travel to a minimum.
Since DSG Solutions is a small organization, we offer greater project work exposure in shorter time frames compared to larger companies because we have a small number of people to distribute work tasks. For this reason, working with us is a fast-paced, challenging, yet supportive work environment. We emphasize frequent, direct, and efficient communication pathways between employees and supervisors. We strive to be a flexible organization that works with each team member on an individual basis with the goal of retaining everyone’s services for years to come. Our main goal is to offer a professional work environment that each team member enjoys contributing to on a daily basis.
